People still want to go out and meet others, but don't want to spend $100+ on drinks etc. If they could go to a private home where the crowd is "curated" and pre-screened, and they can pay $40 all-they--can-drink, that a nice value. 100 people = $4000 /wk. Partner with a friend with a nice house or loft, or with neighbors on both sides of your house to "create a mini-block party". All you need is black-light bulbs, a decent iPod playlist and good speakers, drinks and some snacks. Should be a nice $2000 a week business.
