Cheap, quick foods loaded with fats can not only ease the current strain on the wallet, but the high fat content in these foods also helps release endorphins in the brain, providing a temporary feeling of satisfaction and happiness. But there is a high price our bodies pay for this low cost meal. Why is it that we still dont have a viable, healthy fast food brand?!?
Its time for a group of savvy entrpreneurs to finally launch a low cost, quality fast food brand.
Perhaps this can be done by applying style and better quality to the classic food cart model.
Street Vending is a huge business that has not been modernized. The standard look and feel of the mobile retail vendor has not changed in decades. Design and branding has not found its way into this business culture. The New York City Street Vendor License Bureau estimates that there are 1 man street vendors in heavy traffic areas that generate $500,000 in annual revenue. That would far exceed the profits of the most successful QSRs.
